Example Video on Airbrush Tanning Training

 

Because I get many phone calls from students inquiring on how the spray tanning training is done, I decided to make a quick video demonstrating how the airbrush tanning training is done at the Hollywood Airbrush Tanning Academy.  The spray tanning training is very hands-on and I am actually right next to students guiding them in every step and of course correcting them when they don’t do something right.  I know many of my students always think that learning airbrush tanning is easy and it is…but you actually need to practice with the spray gun and practice spraying models in order to get comfortable with the gun.  And also knowing all the details on how the solution reacts on different skin types since the outcome is different depending on what skin type the person is.

Now you are probably wondering…what makes my spray tanning technique different from other spray tanning techniques out there?  You just have to come and learn from me and let me show you but here are some of the pointers:

If you learn my spray tanning technique:

• your clients will be dry immediately once you are done with spray tanning them
• you will not use any barrier cream on hands and feet and yes, we do spray hands and feet to make them look very natural
• we don’t need to use any sticky feet so you can save approximately $.75 cents for each client
• we don’t need to use prep spray at all and yes, all spray tans turn out great
• your studio, room or location will stay clean and overspray will not stick to walls and floor
• you will not enhale a lot of overspray saving your lungs from getting ill
• you save money on solution because the way others teach, you would have to use double on the solution
• plus your tans will look flawless, even if you are a beginner

Latest Certified Airbrush Tanning Technicians

Last weekend I trained 2 new airbrush tanning technicians from the Los Angeles and Orange County area.  This is Anh from Westminster and Jacqueline from Long Beach area.

Both of them have full-time jobs and they wanted to learn airbrush tanning in order to make extra money and then see where this business will take them.  The greatest thing about this business is that it can be done part-time and even be done in the evenings since many people work during the day and many clients want to come for spray tanning in the evening hours.  So if you are willing to work in the evenings, this might be a great opportunity for you.

One more thing I wanted to mention is that after the spray tanning training, Anh purchased her spray tanning machine from an online website and she did not realize that the company sent her the wrong spray gun.  When she received the machine, she spray tanned one of her friends right away and then realized that the gun does not spray the same way as the gun she used in the training .  She texted me a picture of the spray gun and I noticed that the company send her a lower quality spray gun.  I know that most beginning spray tanning technicians would never know or realize this.

I have heard this from several students before and I know it can be very confusing with purchasing the right spray tanning machine.  But I want you to know, once you become one of my students, I will be there for you even after the training and help you with any questions you may have.  You will see that once you actually start spray tanning clients, more questions will come up that you never even thought about before and it’s very helpful to be able to reach out to an experienced airbrush tanning business owner.  We also have a private facebook group where all the students hang out and communicate and assist each other.  Everyone loves the group and says how helpful it is to have and inspire each other.
